Here's a wood block that has been textured and then painted and stained. I added a finial to the top. I made 5 for the top of my fire place. Looks great!

I have a website...

Ahhhh...at last.
I have always been going to do this and now I have.
Check out Fine Art Studio Online at
http://FineArtStudioOnline.com/nancyewilliams
This is a website service for artists.
I am just trying it out for now but I will be selling my artwork
along with prints and cards on this site.
So far it is easy to do and figure out.
I'm liking it.

Quotes

I love people. I love my family, my children...but inside myself is a place where I live all alone and that's where you renew your springs that never dry up.
~ Pearl S. Buck

Ultimately, my hope is to amaze myself. The anticipation if discovering new possibilities becomes my greatest joy.
~ Jerry Uelsmann
