Christmas decorations getting ready to go away again

Welcome to my living room. All is calm and all is bright today. The ornaments are starring at me knowing fully well it's time to be put back in their proper places until next year. I make almost all of my ornaments and here is the Little Drummer Boy...and his friends...

the snowman and penguin. Friends come in all shapes and sizes...

Then there's Sweet paper mache Angel.

You remember this face don't you?
Oh he's finished, I just can't part with him. So he still sits here day after day...

And here are some of the dolls getting into the act...they won't be sold yet either...

Another paper mache Angel...hangs from the tree. She'll go back into my studio and be with her other art doll friends for another year...

Here are my air dried clay folk art angels...
they have a sister that is not painted yet but
we'll get her done by next Christmas I hope.

A snowman on a glittered box hangs from the tree...

Another familiar face says Hi...

Oh and a couple of hand made Santas say bye bye...

The stocking were hang by the chimney with care...now they'll be packed up for another year...

The tree stood stately filled with handmade ornaments...
and the snowman and angel wish you and Happy New Year!
It was a fun and simpler Christmas this year.
Now upward and onward to another year.
Blessing to all!

Don't let us get stupid, all right?
    Just make us be brave.
    And make us play nice.

I love people. I love my family, my children...but inside myself is a place where I live all alone and that's where you renew your springs that never dry up.
